Yes, leaders need a ‘digital mindset’ to manage new ways of working. Yet when leaders also invest in diversity and inclusion with the human factor, they strengthen the organization’s culture and sense of belonging, as well as developing creativity and innovation in teams. People with different cultural backgrounds have different life experiences and knowledge, how do we harness the power of diversity and inclusion? How do we manage with digital mindsets and with the human factor in focus? This will be even more crucial in global tech and STEM domains in the future.
