Leadership 5.0 ’The Human Factor’ highlights increased trust and collaboration in diverse teams. When leaders invest in diversity, they strengthen the organization’s culture and sense of belonging, as well as developing creativity and innovation in teams. People with different cultural backgrounds have different life experiences and knowledge, which gives rise to alternative views on the work. This will be even more crucial in global tech companies in the future.
