  • Modern Military Aviation Maintenance part I

Del denne begivenheten

Modern military aviation requires more than advanced aircraft platforms. Readiness today depends on the ability to connect maintenance, logistics, supply chains, operational planning and data into one integrated digital ecosystem. As NATO requirements, operational tempo and fleet complexity increase, defence organizations must modernize how aviation maintenance and sustainment are managed across both fixed bases and deployed operations.

In this session, CGI and IFS explore the latest trends shaping modern military aviation maintenance, including AI-enabled maintenance, predictive analytics, operational data integration and deployable digital platforms that can operate securely across cloud, edge, mobile and disconnected environments. The session highlights how modern ERP, MRO and Asset Management capabilities can strengthen mission availability, improve airworthiness management and support faster, data-driven decision-making across military aviation operations.

CGI and IFS will demonstrate how AI and modern digital workflows can reduce downtime, improve spare parts visibility, optimize maintenance planning and help maintenance personnel focus on operational readiness rather than manual administration. The discussion will also address the growing need for secure, resilient and sovereign digital architectures that can support military aviation operations across any platform and operational environment.

Commercial aviation is actively exploring how AI can transform maintenance, with a strong focus on moving from experimentation to real implementation to improve availability, reduce costs, and support technicians with better insights. For defense organizations, the stakes are even higher. As fleets grow more complex, there is a clear opportunity to adopt and adapt these emerging capabilities to strengthen mission readiness.

With increasing demands for interoperability, resilience and mission readiness, aviation maintenance is becoming a strategic capability for modern air forces. CGI and IFS will share how connected digital ecosystems, AI-driven insights and deployable enterprise platforms can help defence organizations build more agile, efficient and mission-ready aviation operations for the future.
