In the preparations for Kongsberg Agenda, Kongsberg Technology Cluster, in collaboration with Kongsberg Innovasjon and other partners, is taking an important role in developing the program for the growth scene. With an extensive network spanning various industries and academic institutions, they are well positioned to gather a diversity of voices and perspectives.
"Our approach to Agenda Growth is to leverage our unique position in a dynamic and interdisciplinary network to ensure that the Agenda reflects the most relevant and innovative ideas in the industry," says Ole B. Hoen, cluster manager at Kongsberg Technology Cluster. This network includes both start-ups and established industrial companies, which enables Kongsberg Technology Cluster to cover a wide range of topics and trends.
An important part of their contribution is the organization of Wednesday's full day at Agenda Growth, dedicated to promoting groundbreaking innovation and projects in:
- Artificial Intelligence: Through the AI-node project, which promotes the integration of AI into industrial solutions.
- New production methods: Focusing on the BatNet project, which aims to position Norway in the global battery value chain.
- Green industry and digital development: The Systems Catapult project, which explores sustainable transformation through advanced digital technology in the systems industry.

Green transition and sustainability are the essence
Green transformation and sustainability are the essence of what the cluster does. “What we represent is the systems industry, which consists of both the large system integrators and their suppliers. It is our DNA,” comments Hoen.
To ensure that the program is not only informative but also inspiring, we hold regular coordination meetings with the Agenda Vekst program committee. “It is crucial that we work closely together to be able to offer a program that truly engages and motivates the industry to further innovate and grow,” adds Hoen.
As a catalyst for industrial transformation and digital development, Kongsberg Technology Cluster looks forward to Agenda Vekst contributing to further strengthening the network. We hope that participants will make new contacts and partnerships, and together work for increased Norwegian value creation.
