The concepts and booths
Kongsberg Agenda uses the term "concept" as the cornerstone in the organization, theming, and visualization of the festival. The focus on technology should permeate all activities during Kongsberg Agenda. Kongsberg Agenda is responsible for the concept stages.
In 2025, it will be possible to have a booth at the outdoor technology exhibition TeXpo and Political Agenda.
On November 15, we will open applications for spots on the concept stages and booths at TeXpo and Political Agenda.

Here’s how to book stage space
Hotels, restaurants, bars, cafes, offices, and other venues rent out spaces for events during Kongsberg Agenda. You can find them in the overview below.
- If you want a spot on one of our concept stages, you must apply here.
- Check the list of other approved stages and contact the venue owner to book a time slot. Then, register your program entry in our system starting from February 15.
- All costs for renting the stage, equipment, speakers, etc., are covered by the host and managed directly with the concept stages or other stages.
- Keep in mind our guidelines for accessibility, environmental requirements, and safety when choosing a venue.
- We recommend creating a written agreement with the other stages where the price, time, equipment, and other terms are clearly outlined.
