Through this privacy policy, we would like to provide information about how and why Kongsberg Agenda (Kongsberg Næringsforum) collects and processes your personal data. Kongsberg Næringsforum is the responsible host of the technology festival Kongsberg Agenda. This privacy policy is aimed at partners, hosts, participants and users of Kongsberg Agenda, for example if you have shown interest in, been an host, partner, participant or if you visit our website, download the app or subscribe to our newsletters.

It is important to us that your personal data and your personal integrity are protected, and that we process information that we have about you in a lawful and transparent manner in accordance with data protection regulations. Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person.

Kongsberg Agenda, through the company's top management, is the data controller for information collected and processed by Kongsberg Agenda. Day-to-day responsibility is delegated to the CEO. Our use of personal data

We collect and process personal data in order to fulfill our obligations to our partners, hosts, participants and users of Kongsberg Agenda, to be able to administer and market the business, to be able to fulfill our obligations to users of Kongsberg Agenda's websites, app and event registration system, and otherwise meet the requirements placed on us as responsible for processing your personal data.

We mainly obtain the personal data we process from you directly, for example via inquiries from you, your activity on our website, app or event system.

 

 

Disclosure of personal data - Transfer of personal data to third parties

Your personal data is treated confidentially by us and only those with a business need for us will have access to your personal data. As a general rule, we will therefore not share your personal data with anyone outside Kongsberg Agenda.

How, why and for how long do we process personal information?

We only process personal information that is necessary to administer your business's relationship with Kongsberg Agenda. Information we register is mainly limited to name, position, organization name, org. no., telephone number, email address and postal address.

The legal basis for the processing of personal information in Kongsberg Agenda can, in addition to agreement, be legitimate interest, in order to be able to run our business and contact partners with relevant information. Legal basis can also be a basis, for example when reporting to the Norwegian Tax Administration.

By being an host of program entries or a user of our program app at Kongsberg Agenda, we mainly register your name, title, telephone number, organization name, org.nr, email address and LinkedIn profile.

  • Enalyzer - Tool for surveys and application forms

Storage of personal data and deletion

Kongsberg Agenda deletes your personal data without undue delay when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. If you withdraw the consent that is the basis for the processing of the data, or you object to the processing and there are no more compelling legitimate grounds for the processing, we will delete your data. Please note that there may be legal requirements that mean that we are still obliged to store your personal data for a certain period. We have our own specific deletion routines per processing activity.

As a data subject, you have several rights related to our processing of your personal data. Web statistics

Kongsberg Agenda collects de-identified information about visitors to kongsbergagenda.no. The purpose of this is to compile statistics that we use to improve and further develop the website. Examples of what the statistics provide answers to are how many people visit different pages, how long the visit lasts, which websites the users come from and which browsers are used. The information is processed in de-identified and aggregated form. De-identified means that we cannot trace the information we collect back to the individual user. The user's IP address is anonymized and processed at an aggregate level, which means that all data is combined into a group and is not processed individually. We use the analysis tool Google Analytics on our website. Information from this tool is only used by Kongsberg Agenda and our suppliers within digital communication, and is not provided by Kongsberg Agenda to other parties.
