Kongsberg Agenda uses the term "concept" as the foundation for organizing, thematizing, and visualizing the festival. The focus on technology will permeate all activities during Kongsberg Agenda. Kongsberg Agenda is responsible for the concept stages.
All concepts are a physical stage and/or area. The application portal for space on the concept stages opens on November 15.

The concepts are ready! What does this mean for you as an host?
The Technology Festival's concept stages are the cream of the crop! Each has its own theme, they are centrally located in the city space, well marketed – and the responsibility of Kongsberg Agenda.

How to apply for a place on the concept stages?
New this year is that you must apply for a place on the concept stages. The application form opens on November 15th. Here are some tips on how to apply in the best possible way.

TeXpo
TeXpo – is a unique outdoor large technology exhibition in downtown Kongsberg and the heart of what Kongsberg Agenda is all about – making technology the star, the topic of conversation, and the main experience for all festival participants – of all ages. TeXpo will serve as a showcase for high-tech, forward-looking, exciting products and solutions from all industries.
Here, audiences of all ages will be able to get answers to questions, experience cutting-edge technology up close, and possibly test it out and see live demonstrations.

Park Stage
The Park Stage is Kongsberg Agenda's largest stage, located in the heart of the Agenda area. This is the only stage that blends the different Agenda concepts. Here, you’ll get a taste of all the other stages, as well as standalone events – and, of course, entertainment.
We program "audience favorites" and highlights that appeal to a broad audience.

Agenda Growth
Agenda Growth is meant to be a playful, bold, and generous stage. We explore what growth really is, who and how we create growth, how we facilitate more growth, and how we handle it when we actually succeed in achieving it!
The Growth Stage encourages experience exchange and interaction; we will dare to share where we failed, so others can learn from it, we will highlight those who have succeeded, share tips and tricks, run workshops, and host competitions.

Political Agenda
Welcome to Political Agenda – the center for national discussions and debates. In 2025, this stage will be even more exciting, as the parliamentary elections are just around the corner.
At Political Agenda, we go beyond traditional political speeches. We invite experts to challenge politicians, providing the audience with insights and understanding. And of course, we encourage politicians to create program posts as well.

Agenda Competence
Agenda Competence is the stage where all aspects of the concept of competence are explored, including everything from workforce, retraining, transformation processes, and educational paths – of course with a focus on technology.
But also leadership, leadership philosophy/training, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, as well as all other aspects of HR-related issues, can be featured on this stage.

Agenda Young
Would your company like to reach children and young people? Be a part of Agenda Ung! This is the kids' very own version of the technology festival.
On this area, you’ll find a bunch of free drop-in activities and a dedicated stage with content tailored for children and young people. Here, you as an actor have the opportunity to engage the future workforce and spark their curiosity about technology through play and learning.

Agenda ConstruTech
Welcome to ConstruTech! How should the construction, building, and real estate industries prepare to handle new technology, be sustainable, and, most importantly, work across sectors in the years to come?
On this stage, both industry leaders and skilled workers will surely find interesting topics – whether it's in planning, development, construction, or management of buildings and real estate.

We are looking forward to filling this stage with content! The DeepTech Agenda is dedicated to the real deep dives into technology.
