Agenda Competence

Agenda Competence is the stage where all aspects of the concept of competence are turned upside down and turned upside down, be it everything from labor, retraining, restructuring processes and educational courses - of course with a focus on technology.

But also management, management philosophy/training, diversity, inclusion and belonging, as well as all other aspects of HR-related issues can be put on this stage. ​

The program content highlights real issues, explores different solutions, allows us to learn from "best practice", brings together parties that might not otherwise have come together, and which simply inspires, motivates and challenges. ​

All actors who put content on the stage are encouraged to have an open approach to how messages and content are presented. How do you best engage your audience, how do we make the stage "live" through several days of varied and knowledge-based program items, which moderators can be brought in to make panelists and other contributors shine?​
