Agenda concept stages
The concept stages of the technology festival are the cream of the crop! Each has its own theme, they are centrally located in the city space, well marketed – and are the responsibility of Kongsberg Agenda. That the concept stages are the responsibility of Kongsberg Agenda simply means that the festival takes care of stage setup, technical arrangements, and allocation of time for program posts. You come to a ready-made setup!
New this year is that many of the time slots on these stages have already been booked through previous application rounds. But there are still many available openings.
Remember that the stage time must be clarified directly with our program manager, Anne Cecilie Lund-Andersen BEFORE the program post is sent for approval/publication

Open stages
Kongsberg Agenda has several different open stages around the city space that organizers can book to get program posts into the official program. Organizers must contact the various venues themselves to rent space on the different stages and check the capacity. Free stages are the responsibility of external renters. All costs for renting the venue, equipment, speakers, etc., are covered by the organizer and handled directly with the venue and any other suppliers.
Remember that the stage time must be clarified directly with the open stage BEFORE the program post is sent for approval/publication.
