Criteria for stands
The person registering for a stand is responsible for ensuring that everyone who will operate the stand knows and follows the criteria and guidelines set by Kongsberg Agenda.
Stands at Political Agenda must deal with topics of general and societal benefit, and promote democratic principles. Political parties, organizations or individuals who represent and/or express an anti-democratic, racist or violent message are not allowed to participate.
Stands can be designed in different ways, but are typically an assigned and delimited area. Here, information can be distributed, conversations can be held and activities can take place.
It is allowed to distribute brochures and other material at the stand, but there will be no opportunity to walk around the city center and distribute this. Obtaining contact information from interested parties is allowed. Fundraising or ongoing membership recruitment is not allowed.
When the stand is set up, the responsible organizer must take all equipment/material with them. The waste must be sorted and disposed of in designated environmental stations. In accordance with our sustainability goals, it is not allowed to use or distribute single-use plastic items.
