Siw-Helén new partner manager in Kongsberg Agenda
Siw-Helen Hostvedt Rø - partneransvarlig

Tale Steiner, who now serves as partner manager, has resigned from her position at Kongsberg Agenda. Siw-Helen Hostvedt Rø will take over responsibility from December 1.

Siw-Helén was born and raised in Kongsberg, has worked in sales, customer service and sales management in several industries, and now works in the IT industry. This experience is valuable to bring into the role of partner manager.

Why did you accept to work at Kongsberg Agenda?
- When you love the city you live in, think the concept is really good and when there are also really good people behind it, it was very easy for me to say yes. I really like the informal form of meeting place that has been created, where business leaders and people on the floor sit side by side.

My relationship with Kongsberg Agenda?
- I have participated from the start, and I actually feel that my participation has increased in line with the growth of the agenda. Last year was the first time I dared to give a lecture, while this year I struggled to get through everything I had noticed as interesting. There are an incredible number of good lectures, but for many it is still too much of a hidden treasure, so we have a job to do here for next year. More people should take advantage of the good professional content that is available these days, and the speakers deserve more visits.

What are you looking forward to most?
- I am very excited to meet all the partners, and to get to know them, what is their goal for the partnership? What expectations do they have for the agenda going forward and what is needed for us to have a good and long-term collaboration, I am looking forward to hearing more about that. There is also a lot of excitement related to how the June Days in 2025 will actually be. How do all the partners work these days, how do we work together, what is the atmosphere, the unity, and not least that I get to help put Kongsberg on the map. It will be fun. In addition, I am looking forward to working with Linn again, we have worked together before, and I know that it will be full speed and lots of energy.

  • Thanks to Tale

    Thanks to Tale

    - We have been lucky to have had Tale on the team for almost 3 years, she has done a great job for us. But now we are super pleased to have Siw-Helèn on the team, and we know that she will do a fantastic job, says Wivi-Ann Bamrud project owner at Kongsberg Agenda.

    - I have previously worked with Siw-Helèn, and know that she is a workhorse who is both knowledgeable, professional and has a twinkle in her eye. It is a great thing for Kongsberg Agenda that Siw-Helèn is starting with us as a partner manager, says project manager at Kongsberg Agenda Linn K.Djønne.

  • Sad, but let's go! Tale Steiner - Partneransvarlig

    Sad, but let's go!

    - I have been lucky enough to be involved in all implementations of Kongsberg Agenda, a project that I would say is the definition of urban and local development! What an amazing product we have created in just 3 years and what a crazy good development we see for Norway's most important technology festival. It is of course sad to leave the ship now, when the boat is unloaded, the course set and the crew in place, but that is how working life is unfiltered. Most of all, I will miss all the exciting, demanding and cool dialogues with large and small technology companies out there – damn this country carries a lot of knowledge!

    - I am leaving Kongsberg Agenda with a good feeling and have no plans to deliver anything other than record numbers until the last working hour is written in December. Then I guess it will take a year before I stop dreaming about details, emails, banners, orders and strategy solutions. Because you don't work in Kongsberg Agenda – you live Kongsberg Agenda 24/7. 😉

Thank you so much for your trust, all partners – We have a few months left and after this I'll be cheering from the sidelines!
