Stand and program
- We hope to raise topics that are important to us. These include energy security and the transition to renewable energy. Another important topic is that Kongsberg and Norway continue to build industrial jobs, says Trine Larsen - Site Manager TechnipFMC. She adds that as a global company with over 22,000 employees, they are proud to have production in Kongsberg.
- In order to be competitive in a global market, we are completely dependent on continuing to be a leader in technology and digitalization. We are a high-cost country and we are able to have operations in Kongsberg because we are at the forefront of this very thing, says Larsen, adding that again this year they want employees to visit this year's Kongsberg Agenda.
- This arena is a unique opportunity for all employees to lift their heads and look up, to gain inspiration and be motivated, but also to be challenged. We need this to continue working on development, says Larsen.
TechnipFMC will have a stand at this year's event, while also being a co-organizer of several program items.
- As a partner, we have the opportunity to participate and influence the agenda at the Agenda, says Larsen, emphasizing the importance of the event, among other things because it brings together several decision-makers.
- This is an arena where local, regional and national politicians gather. It is important to establish a dialogue across the political environment and with important premise suppliers in order to be successful in the market of the future. It is important for us, for Kongsberg and for Norway. We must preserve the ability to adapt in Norway while continuing to build industrial jobs, says Larsen.

Collaboration and diversity
Larsen is looking forward to this year's Kongsberg Agenda, but also to the process leading up to the event.
- I'm looking forward to creating something together. Together with our employees, with the Kongsberg Business Forum and with the rest of the business community in Kongsberg. In addition, I'm very happy that it is such an inclusive event in that it is open to everyone, says Larsen.
Larsen is looking forward to seeing what comes on stage this year, and she finds this year's main theme, "Trust and Technology", very interesting.
- There is something exciting in the intersection between technology, which represents the hard, and trust, which represents the soft and intimate. It is about trust in technology, but also in each other and in authorities, says Larsen.
When she is asked to recall a memory from previous Kongsberg Agendas, it is primarily the social aspect that she remembers best.
- I actually think one of the best memories is meeting "the whole city" and again that it is open to everyone - it is possible for everyone to be part of the Kongsberg Agenda. It is incredibly enjoyable. Last year, we had a summer party at TechnipFMC the night Donkeyboy played, and I had a great time, says Larsen.
