    Would your company like to have a permanent location during the entire Kongsberg Agenda? Become a partner at the Ambition, Solid or All in level and get the opportunity to establish a completely unique corporate hub packed with branding!

    A corporate hub is a physical place where your company can profile itself, set up its own program items, showcase exciting technology, have activities, concerts, run meetings and invite people to social gatherings. As soon as you have a partnership agreement in place at one of the three aforementioned levels, we will help you find your unique location!

    It is up to you how much resources and creativity you want to put into the design of your corporate hub. But, in the spirit of Agenda, we encourage all partners to go all out! This is your showcase and a perfect arena for bold marketing and brand building.

    All corporate hubs are open to the public during the festival's core hours, which are 10:00-18:00 Wednesday to Friday and 10:00-16:00 on Saturday. Everything that takes place during this time should be open and free for everyone. You are more than welcome to set up more exciting things outside of the core time, and as long as it is free and open, we are happy to have it visible in our official Agenda program!

    Only partners at the Ambition, Solid and All in levels are given the opportunity to establish a business hub under Kongsberg Agenda. In other words, this benefit does not apply to partners at the Network level. It is also not possible for other players to pay for this benefit without a partner contract in hand.

    Kongsberg Agenda has a list of approved business hub locations. It is important that you establish yourself at an approved location, so that you have the opportunity to be visible in the program and for us to advertise for you.

  • Profiling opportunities, how much can we get?

    In the venue itself, Kongsberg Agenda does not place any restrictions on how much you can do with your branding! However, remember to play as a team and clarify what is okay and what is not with those you rent from. Your rental agreement is between your company and the venue owner. If you are going to profile yourself outside the venue, it would be great if you spar with us at Agenda so that we can think about the festival's overall expression. Our main goal all the way is for you as a partner to shine!

    The partner is responsible for all costs and logistics related to the business hub. This includes renting premises, technical needs, security, and so on.

    Guidelines for operating a business hub

    The business hub is linked to your partner contract and only applies to the company that has signed the agreement. It is not allowed to sublet stage space, stand space, logo exposure or the like. It is also not allowed to share the space with a player who does not have a partner agreement at the Ambition, Solid or All in level.

    However, it is allowed to share the business hub with another partner who has a partner agreement at the Ambition, Solid or All in level. Both partners must be in the venue on all days.

    After the festival's core time, you are free to set up a program that is not necessarily open and free for everyone. If you create closed program entries, they will not be visible in our program. However, we recommend operating with a ribbon or bong system for those guests you want to give something extra to, rather than closing the doors. A closed event in such an open festival can quickly have a negative effect on your reputation. We are happy to discuss good solutions with you!
