The Nordic energy sector is closely interconnected, and as providers of critical infrastructure, it is vulnerable to cybersecurity incidents and threats. It is also dependent on a variety of small businesses with limited resources. How can the Nordic countries - and their authorities - collaborate better to enhance cybersecurity preparedness and resilience in the Nordic region?

In this panel, representatives from authoritative Nordic institutions and organizations will discuss key challenges and solutions, including:

  1. The newly established National Coordination Centers for research and innovations on cybersecurity (NCCs) – which is currently established in 29 European countries, including in all the Nordic countries.
  2. The new Nordic collaborative project to enhance cybersecurity in the Nordic Energy sector: project "CRESCENDO."
