Are you 20-35 years old and passionate about events, communications, tech or maybe politics?
In short:
Do you like working with projects, events and people in arenas with full force? Then we want you on the team in week 25! As a host at Kongsberg Agenda, you are part of our core team. Kongsberg Agenda is Norway's most important technology arena, which means that we also strive to gather the best people behind the scenes of the event. The tasks will vary greatly, based on which area you apply for.
We want to contribute to more young people getting relevant work experience in project management and events, and are therefore advertising hosting role positions distributed across our areas!
Application deadline: March 1
This involves the hosting role
Kongsberg Agenda is divided into several concept areas with different themes and target groups. You apply to be a host in the area you feel is the best fit for.
As a host, you are the area's contact person during the event. This means that you have direct dialogue with technology exhibitors, speakers, artists, local and national companies, depending on where you work. For example, if you are on "team-SoMe", you will be given hands-on tasks that are crucial to running a good event. In addition, you will be in charge of setting up, taking down and re-setting the event during the event for your area. You are not alone! Each hosting role will have its own manager/mentor who will ensure that you have the resources and knowledge you need to succeed. We are here to help you.
