- Kongsberg Agenda was great last year, but this year I think it will be even better, says a very satisfied Tekna president, Elisabet Haugsbø.

We meet her at Tekna's coffee cart, where all passersby get free refills. And there will be plenty of refills in the days to come, both professional and social.

Tekna itself has three events

- We are bringing many professionals with us and are looking forward to exciting discussions. Not least, we are looking forward to meeting many of our Tekna members who we know have made the trip to Kongsberg Agenda. One of the things that is particularly important to Tekna this year is cross-sectoral cooperation, and that you don't solve problems on your own.

- What is the best thing about Kongsberg Agenda?
- Even though Agenda has grown a lot, it still feels small and intimate. The fact that it is not too big means that we get closer to each other. It makes it easier for us to build relationships, learn new things, while the framework is professional, positive and future-oriented.
The fact that Kongsberg is in its anniversary year – Kongsberg 400 – suits Tekna perfectly, because they also have an anniversary this year: It is 150 years since Tekna was established.
- We have lots of events throughout the year, just like Kongsberg. This will be a good birthday party, smiles the Tekna president.
